Healthy and quick breakfast Recipe …

INGREDIENTS:
5 tbsp quick cooking oats
1 cup water
11/2 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar(you can use 2 tbsp honey )
2 tbsp Strawberry crush (you can use any flavor of your choice)
1 cup assorted fruits ( Apple , banana, grapes , strawberry )
2 tbsp of mixed nuts to garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat water in a sauce pan, add the Oats and cook till half done.
- Now add the milk and cook till the oats are done and the mixture is slightly thick.
- Add sugar, crush and mix well.
- Remove from flame and when still slightly warm add the chopped fruits, garnish with nuts and serve.
