Wheat Flour Jam Cake (Eggless Butter-less, No Added Sugar)

I always try and find new dishes. When my kids come from school I try to present a new dish for their afternoon snack.. Both My Girls are very happy when they see my new dish. This time I tried healthier version of cake without butter and using wheat flour and the outcome was superb.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup mix fruit jam
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bicarb

1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend curd oil and Jam well
  2. Sieve wheatflour soda bicarb and baking soda in this mixture
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well with a wooden spatula
  4. Grease and dust a baking dish and pour batter in it
  5. Put it in a oreheated oven 180 degrees for 35 minutes

Let it cool and slice❤️❤️
