My granny’s recipe..as soon as raw mango is available in the market she makes and sends pickle for us.The recipe is very simple but it is even tastier when she makes it.
2-3 Keri(raw mango) chopped
3tsp red chili powder
3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hing (asophotida)
Turmeric powder (a pinch )
- One by one put all ingredients in the bowl and mix.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass jar.
- You can keep this pickle in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
