PLUM DRINK RECIPE (PLUM JUICE, PLUM LEMONADE)

Ditch your commercial soda and enjoy these simple Plum drink recipe. Just make the basic plum syrup and use it to make plum lemonsoda, plum lemonade or plum juice.

The best thing is that these drinks are super easy to make but they look really fancy with little effort. I just make this plum syrup and from it, I can make a plum lemonade .

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams  plums, pitted
  • 2¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice, or more
  • ⅔ glass ice cubes
  • ⅓ glass plum syrup
  • Mint leaves, for garnish
  • water

INSTRUCTIONS :
FOR PLUM CONCENTRATE :

  1. Put all in a pot in a stainless steel pot on medium heat and boil for 15 minutes until soft.
  2. Let the syrup cool, then blend. The plum concentrate syrup is ready. Transfer to a jar and store in fridge for 3-4 weeks. You can freeze it too for later use.

FOR PLUM LEMONADE RECIPE :

  1. Put plum syrup in a glass , add  lemon juice , black salt and ice.
  2. Add some water and mix it .
  3. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.

FOR PLUM LEMON SODA:

  1. Mix water, ice and syrup. Pour in glass and top with lemon soda. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.

GULKAND SHAKE

Somedays are just meant to be Gulabi

It has a very unique, enriching taste which really cannot be put to words.

“Milkshake can be enjoyed anytime. Kids to adults love it, but this gulkand milkshake will be a big hit if you are serving it to your family as a party drink. They will love you for sure.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ice Cream (Any Flavor)  – 2 scoops
  • Milk, chilled – 1 glass
  • Gulkand – 2 tsp
  • Rose Syrup – 2 tsp
  • Elachi Powder – 1/2 tsp or more
  • Ice cubes – as per requirement

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take Gulkand and add it to a blender. Now slowly add milk, rose syrup, elachi powder, ice cream and ice.
  2. Now whip it nicely.
  3. Serve them in a nice glass chilled. Serve this in any party and it will definitely be a big hit.

BROWNIE MILKSHAKE

Here’s a recipe of a brownie shake !! One of my fav things to make with left over brownies . It takes no time to make and is absolutely delicious .

INGREDIENTS:

  • chopped brownies
  •  1 cup milk
  •  2-3 scoops of vanilla icecrea
  • .Chocolate chips if you have
  •  some ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together smoothly ! And that’s it .
  2. Serve it with choice of toppings .I love topping with whipped cream and some chocolate chips and some brownie.
  3. you can use instant coffee too.

LYCHEE ROSE MOJITO

This lychee rose mojito is sweet, refreshing and ready in under 10 minutes. It’s the perfect drink to serve at a party.

Lychee Rose Mojito made with fresh limes, mint leaves, lychees and rose syrup. A refreshing drink !!

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup lychees; fresh, tinned, or thawed
  • 1tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • soda water or sprite
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp rose syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a mixture jar, add lychees, lemon juice, chaat masala,  belnd it and make a juice .
  2. you can also strain the juice if you don’t like chunks .
  3. In a glass add some rose syrup,some ice cubes,  pour some lychee juice and Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint.

POMEGRANATE MOJITO

Pomegranate Mojito is a refreshing delicious and easy to put together mocktail ! This mocktail is loaded with fresh fruitness from the pomegranate juice and mint leaves it so fresh. Perfect drink for summers .

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup  pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup  soda water
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 sprigs Mint Leaves
  • 2/3 cup Ice cubes

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Add pomegranate  ,mint and lime wedges in a glass and muddle all the ingredients .
  2. add lemon juice and ice .Add soda water and garnish  with mint leaves .

JAMUN PANNA /INDIAN JAVA PLUM COOLER

I absolutely love jamuns…their tangy, sweet and mildly sour flavour is something I wait for every summer .

Jamun Panna is a refreshing cooler recipe that not only looks beautiful but tastes yummy and soothes the body. Jamun has so many amazing benefits for our body and skin. A perfect recipe to try this season which can be served as a welcome drink.

Try my other jamun recipes JAMUN SHOTS EGGLESS JAMUN CAKE WITH JAMUN ICING /JAVA PLUM CAKE JAMUN RAITA/ JAVA PLUM OR INDIAN BLACK BERRY RAITA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 gms Jamun Ripe and sweet ones.
  • 2-3 teaspoons jaggery powder Optional or as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kala Namak
  • 1/2 teaspoon Namak or taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Jeera Powder
  • 4-5 teaspoons water
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Mint leaves as required

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash Jamun under tap water.
  2. In a vessel or a boiling pan, take Jamun, to this add 4-5 teaspoons water and jaggery. If Jamun is sweet, jaggery can be avoided.
  3. Let this Jamun, jaggery , and water cook on a medium flame till Jamun becomes soft and mushy.
  4. Once it becomes soft and mushy, you will see a beautiful color of Jamun.
  5. The seed will fall apart from the flesh. Switch off the flame. It takes 4-5 minutes to make this concoction.
  6. Let it cool down. Now sieve this mixture using a chalni or a strainer.
  7. Use a spoon to take all the extract/Jamun juice. If the pulp has come more juice, blend the pulp in blender one more time to take out whatever juice is left.
  8. Keep this juice in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  9. Now add roasted cumin powder, salt, Kala namak, and lemon juice. Mix it well and serve it cool.
    Garnish mint leaves and serve.
