MANGO MILKSHAKE

A very popular Indian summer drink during the mango season is mango shake.

This mango shake recipe makes for a delicious and creamy shake. I make mango shake many times during summers for the family. It quenches the thirst, keeps one full and is nutritious too.

SHAHI MANGO PANEER KHEER MANGO STRAWBERRY MARTINI CARAMEL PHIRNI WITH MANGO Mango Pastry |  Eggless Mango Cake 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 alphonso mangoes – medium-sized or any sweet variety of mangoes
  • 1.5 cups milk or ¾ cup milk + ¾ cup water – chilled or at room temperature
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes – optional
  • 1 tablespoons sugar or honey or jaggery – optional
  • 2,3 Scoop vanilla icecream

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Rinse and pat dry 2 medium-sized mangoes. Peel and chop them. Add chopped mangoes in a blender jar.
  2. Add 1.5 cups milk.
  3. Also, add 2 to 3 ice cubes.
  4. Add vanilla icecream
  5. Blend till smooth.
  6. Pour in glasses.
  7. Serve mango shake with some more vanilla icecream and mango pieces serve  immediately.

OREO MILKSHAKE

Oreo milk shake is a famous among everyone. A super easy milkshake made with vanilla ice cream, milk, and Oreo cookies!  This sweet treat is a hit with the whole family on a hot day! Set yourself to treat with Chocolate Oreo shake which is even delectable and refreshing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 Oreo biscuits/cookies powdered,
  • 2-3 scoops amul vanilla ice cream,
  • 2 cups full cream milk,
  • 2 tablespoons Hershey’s chocolate syrup
  • 4 ice cubes.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put vanilla ice cream,  Oreo powder, chocolate syrup and ice cubes in grinder and mix it all, add milk to reduce thickness of mixture and blend it again,.
  2. pour the mixture in the glass and top it with crushed pieces of Oreo cookies and remaining shredded Oreo chocolate.
  3. Enjoy the refreshing and heavenly taste of this wonderful shake.

ORANGE MOJITO

Orange mojito is a refreshing summer drink. This thirst quencher is simple yet delicious. Try this Orange Mojito made with mint leaves, orange and lime wedges topped with soda. Ideal as a party recipe be it pool side party or kitty party, this mocktail is a must try. We bet your guests will love this delightful surprise and impress you smart culinary skills.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup  orange juice
  • 1/2 cup  soda water
  • 1/2 orange pieces
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 sprigs Mint Leaves
  • 2/3 cup Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add orange pieces ,mint and lime wedges in a glass and muddle all the ingredients .
  2. add sugar ,orange juice and ice .
  3. Add soda water and garnish  with mint leaves .

CHILLI GUAVA COOLER

Guava is one of my favourite fruit.
All of us must have enjoyed a plateful of guavas sprinkled with chaat masala and some chilli powder  on top.  Just trying to give my favourite fruit flavour in a drink. This is very cool and refreshing with a nice  green colour and mint enhances its freshness ….. altogether perfect summer drink…

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Ripe guavas
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon honey /
  • Hand full of mint leaves
  • 200 ml  water/ soda water
  • 2 cup Crushed Ic

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take guava, wash it, cut it into half and scoop out the middle portion. (make sure seeds are removed)
  2. Now in a mixer add guava lemon juice, mint leaves, and puree it .
  3. add some honey mix it nicely  water and crushed ice in guava puree and blend all ingredients together nicely till you get a smooth texture.

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

Strawberry milkshake is a refreshing healthy drink to recharge your energy levels. Good for kids as well as a breakfast beverage.

This rich and creamy strawberry milkshake is a breeze to make. It requires just 4 ingredients and comes together in under 5 minutes.

When strawberries are not in season, you can make it using frozen ones. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2,3 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 tsp homemade  strawberry jam ( optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a blender, combine milk,vanilla ice cream, jam and chopped strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.decorate with some whipped cream and strawberries .

MANGO STRAWBERRY MARTINI

Mango season is arriving, and Strawberry season is departing.. So how do we have best of both the world? We go for Mango Strawberry Martini.

Summer is officially the season of Mangoes. So, keep your guard down and get ready to get high on this light, sunny Mango Strawberry Martini. 
Another day.. Another Cooler.. who said Summer is going to be hot  !!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup mango pulp
  • Ice cubes
  • Some mint (pudina) leaves
  • Sprite (or any lime drink)
  • Salt, red chilli powder, lime wedges, 1 cut strawberry and a mint leave (to decorate glass)
  • Some finely chopped strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a shaker/any bottle / mixer
  2. Add 3/4 cup mango pulp, Add ice cubes.
  3. Add some mint (pudina) leaves
  4. Add Sprite (or any lime drink)
  5. Shake it well or crush in mixer.
  6. To decorate glass, place some salt in a plate
  7. Add some red chilli powder and mix it
  8. Take 2 martini glasses, moisten the glass rim with lime wedge
  9. Dip glass into salt mixture
  10. Further add some finely chopped strawberries in glass (add sugar if you wish to)
  11. Pour mango martini drink
  12. Place a piece of strawberry and mint leave on the side of both glasses
  13. And then your Refreshing Mango & Strawberry Martini  ready!!
